1998

Starting in August, it entered China to provide integrated facility management services for Shanghai General Motors.

1999

Received the "Outstanding Outsourced Service Supplier" Award from Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd.

2001

We initially began providing technical cleaning services for the Shanghai General Motors Yantai Paint Shop, and subsequently took on multiple routine and deep-cleaning projects at various paint shops, including those in Shenyang Beisheng Factory, Jinqiao Factory, and Wuhan Factory. Over time, our services have expanded further into the realm of online support.

2002

Since 2002, we have been providing services to automotive OEMs' painting workshops in the domestic industry.
Since 2002, it has been part of the FAW Group system, including FAW-Volkswagen’s Changchun and Chengdu plants, the Foshan plant, the painting workshops at the Tianjin plants, the FAW Toyota Tianjin plant, the FAW Jiefang Changchun plant, and the Qingdao plant within the Dongfeng Group system—covering Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle and the Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën (DPCA) plant in Wuhan.

2003

On June 3, Shanghai Edite Facilities Management Co., Ltd. successfully obtained ISO 9001 international quality management system certification.

2005

In December, we obtained ISO 14001 International Environmental Management System certification and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.

2007

Entering the SAIC Group, including the Lingang Passenger Vehicle Plant

2010

The Dongfeng Nissan system includes painting workshops such as Zhengzhou Nissan and Huadu Nissan.
Received the "12th Supplier Conference Outstanding Service Award" from Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd.

2011

Join the SAIC Volkswagen system and serve SAIC Volkswagen's Ningbo, Yizheng, and Changsha plants.

2013

Entering the Geely ecosystem, including Daqing Volvo, Ningbo Jirun, Yuyao, Dajiangdong, Baoji, and the Xi'an factories.

2019

We are now entering the new energy vehicle manufacturing sector, providing services to leading EV manufacturers such as Tesla, Skywell Auto, and Aiways EV.

2020

Starting to enter the wastewater treatment business for automotive manufacturing plants, including brands like Skywell Auto, NIO, Hefei Volkswagen, Scania, and more.

2021

Enter BAIC and take over the painting and cleaning operations at BAIC's Guangzhou plant.

2024

The wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Kuntu, has been listed on the "High-Tech Enterprise" roster.
