To further strengthen the organizational development of the enterprise’s trade union, consolidate the foundation of its work, and better serve all employees, Edite convened a congress of trade union members and successfully completed the election of the new-term trade union committee.
This election was conducted in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, with a standardized, rigorous, and well-organized process. During the meeting, staff members read out the election rules, the list of candidates, and the names of the poll watchers and vote counters. All delegates present conscientiously fulfilled their duties and, through secret ballot, democratically elected the members of the new-term Trade Union Committee.
