In November of the 25th year, professional auditors from the North Germany Technical Consulting and Certification Agency conducted an annual external surveillance audit of Edite’s management system. During the audit, the auditors meticulously examined the company’s entire system operation process through on-site inspections, document reviews, and interviews with personnel. They placed particular emphasis on assessing the compliance of system documentation, the implementation of job responsibilities, and the execution of core business processes.
The company’s leader stated that, taking this audit as an opportunity, they will implement the improvement suggestions put forward by the auditors, continuously optimize management processes, and leverage the construction of a standardized system to drive the company’s high-quality development. The company will carefully summarize the lessons learned from this external audit, further refine its safety management system, and ensure that safety management efforts are comprehensive and effective.
