——Recap of the Company’s 2023 Annual Management System External Audit
To ensure the effective implementation of the company’s business and to strengthen the steady operation of the company’s integrated management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, an external audit of the 2023 management system certification was conducted across the company from December 4 to 15, 2023—spanning two full weeks.
A professional audit team from the North German Technical Consulting and Certification Agency conducted a meticulous review of the company. Throughout the audit process, the departments being audited provided full cooperation and actively supported the audit team’s activities. The audit team thoroughly examined the company’s management system documents, on-site operations, record-keeping practices, and other key areas, gaining a deep understanding of how the company’s management system is actually functioning.
This audit involved the annual surveillance review for the company’s ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification certificates, both of which are part of the organization’s three major ISO systems. Additionally, it included a surveillance audit of the ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. During the audit, the external reviewers assessed the systems by examining on-site documents, conducting interviews, reviewing sampled records, and holding discussions with employees. Through these methods, they identified several issues that had been overlooked in our daily operations and provided constructive feedback. Specifically, two minor non-conformities and three actionable improvement recommendations were issued. All departments have since proactively addressed these findings, continuously refining and enhancing the organization’s management systems to achieve greater efficiency and compliance.
Ultimately, the final rectification was completed and passed the audit. The external review wasn’t just a test for the company—it was also an opportunity for us to improve ourselves. As long as we unite, work together with determination, overcome challenges, and achieve our goals, we can jointly write a new chapter for the company.
