From September 5 to 6, 2023, the company's headquarters audit team conducted on-site, specialized audits of two project departments at SAIC-GM Dongyue Base, covering the three major management systems.
Starting from August 2023, the company initiated internal audits across its three major systems. According to the audit plan, the on-site special audit of the three systems at the Shanghai regional project office was completed in August. Beginning in September, the process moved forward to off-site project offices, with Yantai as the first destination. At the Dongyue Base project office, the audit team engaged in thorough discussions with the project manager regarding the current system operations. They also had an in-depth exchange on issues related to on-site operational management, system-related documents, and forms. Additionally, the team provided written feedback on the improvement actions identified during the internal audit and issued a non-conformity report, urging the project office to address these issues within a specified timeframe.
The audit of the three major systems is not a one-time task, but rather an ongoing process of continuous improvement. In accordance with system standards, we promptly identify issues within the project team and correct any deviations in their on-site operations—effectively nipping defects in the bud. This proactive approach provides a solid foundation for the project team and even the entire company to strive relentlessly toward excellence in every aspect of our operations!
