On May 19, 2024, to ensure the physical and mental health and safety of ADT employees, headquarters required all project departments to re-deploy and implement measures according to company regulations, completing the procurement of heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies and subsequent preventive preparations by the end of May.
With the arrival of a scorching summer across the country, the continued high temperatures and oppressive weather are significantly impacting the physical and mental health of employees. Out of concern for employees, headquarters is jointly overseeing heatstroke prevention and cooling efforts to ensure safe summer operations for project departments and create a suitable working environment for employees. It is crucial to remind project departments to complete on-site heatstroke prevention and cooling preparations in advance of the arrival of the intense summer heat. Furthermore, most of the company's project departments are located in paint shops at major automobile manufacturing bases across the country, and many employees perform tasks involving high-temperature and high-humidity operations and confined space work after production stops.
Each project department under the company's Operations Department must prepare appropriate heatstroke and cooling supplies for their respective project departments in accordance with the company's "Heatstroke and Cooling Product Management System," including but not limited to Rendan, Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, Shidi Shui, Qingliang Oil, and Fengyoujing. Furthermore, project departments must adhere to the regulations and assign dedicated personnel to oversee the daily management and distribution of heatstroke and cooling products, ensuring that all products are within their expiration dates. This ensures timely and orderly heatstroke and cooling safety for employees.
Preventing and controlling high-temperature operations and any emergencies caused by high temperatures requires our collective attention and shared concern. Bringing care to every employee at their workplace and bringing cooling to their hearts is both a form of care and a responsibility!
