On Wednesday, June 7, 2024, at 2:30 PM, in the second-floor conference room of ADT's headquarters, Mr. Xie Donghao, Legal Auditor for the parent company, conducted a systematic training session on the requirements of the legal document review process for relevant personnel from the company's functional and operational departments. The training lasted approximately one hour.
Since the company's operational departments have project offices nationwide, a combination of centralized and online training was used to broaden the audience and improve training efficiency. Nearly all project locations within the operational departments sent their counterparts to participate in the online training. Mr. Xie provided a detailed explanation of the key points of legal review work, covering the definition and classification of legal documents, precautions, and the risk review process. He also provided practical examples and analysis of representative cases encountered during the legal review process. The training also included an interactive discussion session, where participants engaged in effective discussions with Mr. Xie on current challenges encountered in the company's legal document review process. Participants from various departments expressed that this training was very timely, with content closely related to their work practices. It significantly helped them reduce deviations in the legal document review process, thereby improving the efficiency of internal legal review and approval processes, bringing convenience to the legal review process, and enhancing the overall operational effectiveness of the Group and the company. It provided strong theoretical guidance and practical application. We sincerely hope that more such training and exchanges will be held and participated in in the future.
