——Safety training for some project departments under the Second Operations Department
In mid-July 2024, the Director of Operations Department II and the Manager of Corporate Management at ADT took advantage of a customer automaker's production shutdown for high-temperature weather to visit the local project departments and conduct on-site safety training for all employees working on the Wuxi and Lingang projects under Operations Department II, strengthening their safety awareness.
On the morning of July 10th, the Director of Operations Department II, the Manager of Corporate Management, and the Project Manager took advantage of the SAIC Maxus Wuxi plant's production shutdown for high-temperature weather to conduct extensive discussions with process engineers and shop safety engineers in the paint shop on safety issues related to the work of project department employees. They also conducted a surprise on-site inspection of the project department's on-site operators' compliance with safety procedures and the preparation of heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies during high-temperature periods. The inspections unanimously concluded that during non-production days, employees needed more comprehensive safety assessments and monitoring of procedures such as the cleaning of the inverted trough and drying room to ensure effective on-site work. That afternoon, the Corporate Management Manager conducted safety training for all project team members in the paint shop cafeteria, focusing on safety precautions in the paint shop, safety measures, confined spaces, and safety lockouts. This training reminded employees of the importance of safe on-site operations.
On the morning of July 18th, the Director of Operations Department II and the Corporate Management Manager visited the SAIC Lingang plant and conducted a comprehensive safety training session for all employees from the two project teams. This training session re-examined safety misconceptions and blind spots among on-site employees, while also awakening some of their forgotten safety awareness.
This on-site safety training session for several projects under Operations Department II utilized a sign-in, explanation, and quick-answer format. This training session not only stimulated employee interest and enthusiasm, but also strengthened their safety awareness. This training session helped strengthen the company's safety operations during high summer temperatures and laid a solid foundation for preventing all types of safety accidents. Emphasizing on-site safety training and upholding safety standards is our shared responsibility!
