At 10:30 a.m. on March 7, 2023, a "Women's Day" get-together event, themed "Only through hard work can you win," kicked off in the company headquarters conference room. Sponsored by the ADT Labor Union and co-organized by the Administration Department, the event, themed "Strive for Success," kicked off in the company headquarters conference room.
As spring arrives in March, the warm sun shines on the earth, and the gentle spring breeze blows. As the blossoms bloom, we also celebrate the 113th International Women's Day, also the 100th Women's Day in my country. To demonstrate the company's special care for its female colleagues and enrich their cultural lives, the company held a unique "Women's Day" get-together in 2023, inviting male employees from headquarters to participate. At the start of the event, the company's general manager and labor union chairman each extended heartfelt holiday greetings to the company's female employees. The get-together then included a fun activity: DIY 20x20 cm mosaic coasters.
To ensure smooth crafting, the company's labor union arranged for a professional instructor to provide guidance on the steps and key points. They taught everyone how to DIY their favorite mosaic coasters using irregular or diamond-shaped glass fragments, Go-shaped flat glass beads, and small round beads. Soon, everyone, following the instructor's instructions and incorporating their own ideas, began crafting their own mosaic coasters. The atmosphere was lively, engaging, and filled with laughter. Everyone created their own designs on the coaster plates, including heart-shaped designs, number-shaped designs, target-shaped designs, and flower-shaped designs—a wide variety of designs that everyone enjoyed.
The social gathering provided a welcome break from the hectic work pace, fostered interaction and communication, boosted everyone's spirits, and strengthened team cohesion and collaboration. For 23 years, I believe all our colleagues will unite as one, strive for progress, and be innovative, making even greater contributions to the company! After all, only those who work hard can win!
