——Record of the 23rd ADT Company Work Conference

At 9:00 AM on February 16, 2023, over 50 ADT project managers, regional managers, and operations directors from across the country, along with directors from various functional departments, gathered in the conference hall of the Howard Johnson Lyon Hotel in Shanghai for the 2023 company work conference.
The company's 2023 work conference had a tight schedule, lasting one day. It primarily covered three topics: the 2023 company work plan, the requirements and signing of economic target responsibility letters for project operations in 2023, and the presentation of company-level awards for 2022.
The 2023 work plan presentation included an in-depth analysis of the company's client history and development direction. The company's ten-year development plan and 2023 work priorities were detailed and clearly defined.
To achieve the 2023 board of directors' goals, the implementation of project management by objectives was a major highlight of the company's management innovation in 2023. Implementing project management by objectives requires not only the unity and collaboration of all employees but also the commitment to action. The on-site signing of the project economic responsibility letters was a significant achievement for the company! This is both a spur to project managers and a test of their sense of responsibility.
Looking back on 2022, it was a year of many hardships. We experienced various difficulties and challenges to varying degrees, but we still left behind unforgettable memories! At ADT, a large number of the company's most respectable teams emerged. To this end, the company, as per tradition, recognized project teams that contributed to the company's operations in 2022 with three categories of awards: Special Awards Category I and Category II, Annual Safety Management Award, and Annual Outstanding Project Award. The winning project managers also shared their acceptance speeches on the spot.
As the General Manager mentioned in his closing remarks at the meeting, 2023 marks a new year after the pandemic. The company has established a new direction for progress and set new goals. 2023 will be both challenging and full of hope! Let us work together and set sail!
