As of January 15, 2023, ADT's project departments across the country, in accordance with headquarters' unified planning, held various forms of project reunion gatherings at their respective locations. Organizing a reunion gathering for project department employees at the end of each year is a company tradition and a tangible manifestation of the company's corporate culture.
2022 was a year of many hardships, and we all experienced various difficulties and challenges to varying degrees. Although this year was different from what we expected, it still left us with unforgettable memories. For example, the Wuhan project department under Operations Department 4 held a themed reunion this year, with the theme: "Reunion, Remember Today, Let's Look Forward to Tomorrow!" A considerable number of project departments, such as those under Operations Department 5, held reunions in the form of seminars and staff meetings due to large staff numbers or tight on-site production schedules. For example, the project departments in Guangzhou, Ningbo, and Changchun, based on their specific circumstances, adopted traditional dinner gatherings. Especially during the get-together at the Changchun project department, employees couldn't help but sing and dance throughout the meal, all immersed in laughter and joy.
In the past year of 2022, due to the pandemic, project departments across the country experienced repeated lockdowns, reopenings, home quarantines, and resumption of work. Therefore, through the company's group get-togethers, we hope to provide everyone with an opportunity to gather together and review and exchange 2022's work achievements in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We also express our sincere gratitude to all employees for their dedication! Regardless of the format of the group get-togethers, get-togethers, and discussions held at each site, they not only touched employees and strengthened their bonds, but also fostered a deeper connection between employees and the company through exchange.
