—— A review of the work of ADT Changsha Park Project Department in the first half of 2022

On July 4th, a summary and initiative meeting for the SAIC (Changsha) and industry chain joint Party and public platform, titled "Upholding Bottom Lines, Promoting Production, and Improving People's Livelihoods," was held at the SAIC Volkswagen Changsha Branch. Chen Hao, Project Manager of the Changsha Longfeng Auto Parts Industrial Park Property Management Project Department, a subsidiary of ADT, attended the meeting on behalf of ADT.

The Changsha Longfeng Auto Parts Industrial Park Property Management Project Department is a property management project department established within the company's Changsha branch. The tenants within the park served are all suppliers to the SAIC Volkswagen Changsha production base. As the head of the park property management project department and a member of the Communist Party, Manager Chen Hao shoulders the expectations and responsibilities of the company, SAIC Volkswagen's customers, and its tenants. Looking back on the first half of this year, while providing excellent service to the park's customers, the Changsha property management team quickly adjusted preventative measures in accordance with epidemic prevention policies from the government, the company, and SAIC Volkswagen's customers. Not only did they arrange staff positions and shifts, but all staff from all departments within the property management team were mobilized to collaborate with tenants on epidemic prevention efforts within the park. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, verification of personnel entering and exiting the park gate, delivery regulations for takeout and express delivery, regular nucleic acid testing for park staff and nearby residents, regular preventative disinfection of public areas and public venues within the park, comprehensive disinfection of vehicles entering the park from epidemic-stricken areas, risk assessments and contingency plan drills for epidemic prevention and control within the park, provision of necessary epidemic prevention supplies after lockdown, and strict restrictions on gatherings within the park. Starting April 14th, the project team's key tasks also included cooperating with clients to maintain bottom lines, promote production, and improve people's livelihoods. Specifically, they focused on upholding the three bottom lines of epidemic prevention, safety, and environmental protection, actively cooperating to effectively utilize production capacity, improve efficiency, optimize cooperation, promote production and operations, and solidify various epidemic prevention requirements. In early June, the Changsha property team also arranged for six employees to participate in professional training for disinfection and prevention personnel led by the company headquarters during their spare time. All of them ultimately passed the assessment and received the "Disinfection and Prevention Personnel" qualification certificate.
As the saying goes, a train runs fast only when the locomotive leads! During the first half of the year, Manager Chen Hao's work was well planned and his outstanding performance earned him the honorary title of "Advanced Individual in Epidemic Prevention and Safety" at the July 4th summary and initiative meeting. Time flies, and it's already the end of July 2022. The second half of 2022 marks a new beginning, new opportunities, new challenges, and new pressures for the company's Changsha Property Management team. The Changsha Property Management team will continue to implement rigorous work measures to strengthen epidemic prevention efforts, serve customers with efficient performance, and drive key tasks to achieve results and highlights with solid execution, maximizing the value of the project team!
