——ADT's 22nd Mid-Year Labor Union Work Conference

At 1:00 PM on August 3, 2022, a video conference on the company union's mid-year work was held in the ADT headquarters conference room, chaired by Yang Fan, the company union chairman. All members of the company union committee were present.
First, the company union chairman reviewed the real-time updates on the Shanghai epidemic in the first half of this year, as well as the company union's support and activities. These included activities such as Spring Festival greetings, Women's Day greetings for female employees, and cooling services during the hot weather. Cumulative support activities included: 3 hospitalizations, 8 deaths in immediate family members, and 160 birthday celebrations.
Secondly, in accordance with the superior group's requirements for the company's welfare system, the company promptly revised and approved the revised "Union Welfare System." The revisions primarily addressed the attachments for training or activity expense vouchers, assistance vouchers, and childbirth/death vouchers. The new system took effect on August 3, 2022. Finally, the union chairman outlined new requirements for the union's future work, calling for continued standardization of the union's welfare benefits distribution system, with particular emphasis on implementing employee safety training and other initiatives to effectively safeguard the rights and interests of the union and its members. Actively carrying out various consolation activities is the union's lifeblood, and wholehearted service to employees is its unifying force! I believe the ADT Union will actively carry forward its fine traditions, serve employees, and serve as a bridge. I believe the ADT Union will continue its efforts to make the union a warm and welcoming home for employees!
