Autumn deepens, the moon is full, and another Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching. At 1:30 PM on September 8th, on behalf of ADT, we attended a Mid-Autumn Festival tea party themed "Preventing the Epidemic, Stabilizing the Economy, and Ensuring Safety," jointly hosted by the Jinqiao Development Zone Enterprise Association and Chamber of Commerce at the China Net Jinqiao Industrial Experience Center.
The tea party began with a 22-year review of the association's recent work and its vision for the next phase of work, presented by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Enterprise Association. This was followed by a sharing session of outstanding case studies. In this sharing session, company representatives introduced their companies, sharing their achievements in business development and operations, and discussing the difficulties, questions, and needs faced by businesses during the pandemic. This was followed by an impromptu exchange among the participating representatives. Through these exchanges, representatives from various companies reminisced about their companies' experiences during the epidemic prevention and control period. They recounted stories of their companies' response to the pandemic, shared stories of companies overcoming difficulties and maintaining business growth, and exchanged experiences on boosting employee morale. They also allowed representatives to gain insights and inspiration from their peers' speeches. They also fostered mutual understanding among the diverse companies within the association, increasing the feasibility of inter-company collaboration. Through these exchanges, companies will develop more solutions to their own problems, broadening their paths to development.
As a new member of the association, having joined in May 2022, I had the privilege of participating in its first offline event. My most immediate impression was that I didn't feel unfamiliar, but rather felt at home. The most beautiful thing about Mid-Autumn Festival is family. Gathering together at the association, we shared countless words and shared countless emotions, expressing a common sentiment: the association is a beacon of light in the darkness of our companies, a spring in the desert, and a rainbow after the rain.
