Supervisory Audits Under the Normalized Pandemic Conditions
——2021 Three Major System External Audit
From October 13 to 21, 2021, Shanghai ADT Facilities Management Co.,Ltd. entrusted TÜV NORD Certification Body to conduct a surveillance audit of the company’s three major management systems: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. This year’s audits covered four project departments located in Changsha, Changchun, Yantai, and Shanghai. Notably, the audit for the Changchun region was temporarily adjusted to a remote video-based review due to fluctuations in COVID-19 conditions around Changchun and specific control requirements imposed by the client at the project site. This marks the second time the project department has undergone a remote audit amid the ongoing pandemic.
The three major system audits conducted in 2021—whether on-site or remote—uncovered 3 GP items (areas of strength) within the project team, while also identifying 5 PI items (suggestions for improvement) that were presented to the team. For both the company headquarters and the project teams involved in the audits, this annual system review has continuously enhanced the management capabilities of each department, while also ensuring that all departments genuinely implement processes according to standard requirements. This approach fosters ongoing improvement, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and strengthening the organization’s market competitiveness.
The pandemic may also become a long-term reality for humanity, but our commitment to implementing measures according to the standards of our three major systems will never waver!
