Epidemic prevention battle on the first day of work after the 2020 Spring Festival
On the morning of February 10, 2020, the property management team at the Shanghai Zhangjiang Zhongtong Property Management Project Department welcomed the first working day since the resumption of business operations was delayed due to epidemic prevention and control measures after the Spring Festival. As the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic gradually spread nationwide, the property management team at the Shanghai Zhangjiang Zhongtong Property Management Project Department was also actively engaged in epidemic prevention and control efforts within the park. Key tasks in the park's epidemic prevention and control efforts included personnel management at park entrances and exits, building disinfection and epidemic prevention management, epidemic management of building equipment, and contingency plans for handling suspected cases within the building.
At 7:00 a.m. on the 10th, management personnel from the project department's property management team, as well as staff from the engineering, security, and cleaning departments, all arrived at their posts more than an hour early and, under the unified direction of Project Manager Dai, began their work. Cleaning staff, dressed in standard attire, diligently and systematically carried out a thorough and comprehensive disinfection of the main entrance security room, property management office, and public areas, including elevators, restrooms, and door handles. Security staff prepared forehead thermometers and visitor registration forms at their posts, preparing for temperature screening and registration of incoming visitors. Engineering staff also ensured the smooth operation of the park.
Peak hours for returning to work were from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with people entering the gate by bicycle or car. The security department implemented a separate entry system for both people and vehicles, using a forehead thermometer to screen and register the temperatures of all those entering the gate. All personnel were required to wear masks throughout the entire process. For visitors and vehicles entering the gate, park tenants were required to provide a visitor list for record keeping and undergo temperature screening and registration. Trucks entering the park were tracked throughout the entire process and were required to depart immediately after loading and unloading. This effectively prevented couriers, food delivery drivers, and other personnel and vehicles from entering the park gate.
Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, it was dark, and the first day of the defensive battle was over. Everyone walked off the job with heavy steps. Although exhausted, they dared not relax even a little. To prevent the epidemic and ensure the safety of the area, everyone chose to take responsibility and persevere.
