GAC Group’s internally incubated embodied intelligence robotics company, Hui Lun Technology, has been officially established.
On February 26, GAC Group unveiled the fourth-generation embodied intelligent humanoid robot, GoMate Mini, at the Guangzhou Development Zone and Huangpu District High-Quality Development Conference, officially announcing the incubation and establishment of Guangdong Huilun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huilun Technology”). As the core platform for GAC Group’s strategic deployment in the embodied intelligence sector, Huilun Technology will operate as an independent entity, fully taking over GAC Group’s business in this field and ushering in a new phase of independent development and large-scale breakthroughs in the robotics industry.
At the event, short videos were shown highlighting the signing, groundbreaking, completion, and commissioning of major projects in the Guangzhou Development Zone and Huangpu District. Hui Lun Technology officially entered into a strategic partnership with the Guangzhou Development Zone and Huangpu District, with its headquarters to be located in Huangpu. Leveraging GAC’s deep industry expertise and Huangpu’s diverse business ecosystems, Hui Lun Technology will benefit from robust industrial ecosystem support, enabling it to efficiently close the loop on its business model.
As a core achievement of GAC Group’s initiative to foster the independent development of its robotics business, the establishment of Hui Lun Technology marks the entry of GAC’s embodied intelligence strategy into a new era of industrial implementation. Hui Lun Technology will focus on the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of embodied intelligent robots, with a deep commitment to advancing core technologies and delivering robotic solutions that combine technological leadership with practical applicability across diverse use cases.
Currently, HuiLun Technology has established end-to-end, in-house R&D capabilities spanning structural design, system platforms, cerebellar motion-control algorithms, and brain-inspired intelligent perception-and-decision-making algorithms. The company has successfully developed four generations of embodied-intelligence robotic products and achieved breakthroughs in the independent development of core components, including axial-flux motors, integrated joint modules, drives, and dexterous hands.
According to the plan, Huilun Technology will initiate small-batch pilot production of its core products this year while concurrently developing benchmark application scenarios for security solutions, with full-scale mass production slated for 2027. Looking ahead, Huilun Technology will leverage its robust technological capabilities to continuously inject core momentum into industrial innovation and upgrading, thereby supporting the high-quality development of the embodied intelligence industry.
