As 2021 fades into the distance, we usher in the vibrant and vigorous year of 2022. As of January 26, 2022, employees from all departments of ADT have completed the signing of their respective safety responsibility letters within the stipulated timeframe.
Signing safety responsibility letters at all levels is a regular task for the company every January. To ensure that everyone remains vigilant and diligent in safety management throughout 2022, continue to fully implement the safety production responsibility system at all levels, and prevent all types of safety accidents, the Company's Corporate Management Department requires every employee in all departments to sign their respective safety responsibility letters for 2022.
As required, department heads and employees have completed their functional versions of the "Personal Safety Production Responsibility Letter" by January 10, 2022. One copy is kept by the individual and one is filed with the Corporate Management Department. Project managers and below have also completed their project versions of the "Personal Safety Production Responsibility Letter" by January 25, 2022. The company's archived copies will be mailed back to the company by the end of January 2022. Only by deepening our understanding, further strengthening our commitment to safe development, maintaining a constant focus on safe production, firmly shouldering our safety responsibilities, and consistently maintaining a firm mindset, unwavering commitment, and rigorous implementation of safety measures, can we create a positive safety environment for the company's upcoming 10-year high-quality development plan.
