— Recalling the Wuhan Regional Operations Meeting in March 2021
To further implement the company's work in the post-pandemic era, following ADT's 2020 annual summary meeting on March 11, 2021, Director Mao Juan of Operations Department 4 chaired the 2021 Annual Operations Department Meeting in Wuhan on March 18.
At the 2021 Annual Operations Department Meeting, Director Mao not only conveyed the company's latest meeting briefings and clarified the key goals and tasks for Operations Department 4 in 2021 related to project survival and operational development, but also determined the normalized epidemic prevention requirements for all project departments under Operations Department 4 in 2021. At the Operations Department Meeting, attended by project managers from the Wuhan region, Director Mao emphasized that strict management and quality improvement are the top priorities for Operations Department 4. These priorities include: 1. Strict control of project hours; 2. Timely collection of accounts receivable; 3. Traffic safety accident control; 4. Regarding recruitment difficulties, the project department is working diligently to recruit new employees and stabilize and reassure existing employees; 5. The management and streamlining of aging employees; and 6. Continuous optimization of management across all positions. Always maintain a professional spirit of "do first, see second, and think third." In the face of fierce competition, we must achieve the following: "I have what others don't, I'm better than others, and I adapt to others' strengths." This is the only way to avoid being eliminated. Project management is a never-ending learning process. As society continues to progress, project management will also adapt to local trends and the changing times. Furthermore, those who strive forward will advance. The task of epidemic prevention in the Wuhan region remains arduous, and we must not "lay down our guard." General Manager Mao emphasized that regular epidemic prevention work in the post-epidemic era is the top priority for all project departments under Operations Department 4 in 2021: 1. Conduct regular epidemic prevention education and training; 2. Maintain constant awareness of each employee's physical condition; 3. Report health information daily and promptly; 4. Implement free COVID-19 vaccinations for those aged 18-59, among other tasks.
This Operations Department meeting had clear goals and tasks, and a clear approach. No matter how difficult a task is, it will be easy if everyone pays attention; and no matter how big or small the road, only collective action can lead to a solution. The four Wuhan teams are always working on implementation and results!
