— Remembering the New Edition of Dongchang Corporate Culture Training

Starting at 9:30 AM on November 24, 2020, a training session on Dongchang's new corporate culture was held in the conference room at ADT headquarters. Led by Professor Xie Fengling from the Group Development Research Institute and presented by Professor Chang Hongxing, the session was held.
The company organizes numerous internal training sessions annually, but unfortunately, training on Dongchang's new corporate culture remains a niche topic. Fortunately, during this group-organized training session, Professor Chang Hongxing provided a thorough explanation of the core spirit of Dongchang's new corporate culture, focusing on four aspects: the connotation and characteristics of corporate culture, research and references to benchmark corporate cultures, the core spirit of the new corporate culture, and suggestions for implementing the spirit of corporate culture. The training was insightful and accessible, providing headquarters staff with a deeper understanding of corporate culture development.
Corporate culture is the unique cultural image of an organization, comprised of its values, beliefs, rituals, symbols, and ways of doing things. Simply put, it encompasses all aspects of a company's daily operations. Elements of corporate culture include mission, vision, values, entrepreneurial spirit, and business philosophy. As ADT employees, this training has given us a clearer understanding that every one of us should uphold the company's fine cultural traditions and bear in mind the shared values of "people-oriented, pioneering and innovative, united and dedicated, and honest and trustworthy"—these are the values we share. Innovation is the soul of an enterprise. Only by keeping pace with the times and continuously promoting innovation in concepts, management, technology, systems, and all aspects of our work can we achieve new development and create new glories.
