The annual audit of the company's three major systems is a planned activity for ADT. Although the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily halted on-site system audits at project sites in the first half of this year, as the pandemic eased nationwide in the second half of the year, on-site internal audits of the company's three major systems continued to progress smoothly.

According to the plan, from July to September of this year, internal audits of the three major systems were conducted on property and facilities project sites in the Shanghai region that participated in the 2020 external audit. In early July, internal audits of the three major systems focused on two property project sites in Shanghai. One of the park property projects was a 2020 certification expansion project and a key project receiving support and training from the company. In mid-September, on-site special inspections and audits were conducted on SAIC-GM system projects in the Jinqiao area of Shanghai. In late September of this year, internal audits of the three major systems were conducted on the company's off-site project sites. The first off-site special inspection and audit was a project in Changchun.

Since the 2020 external audit of the company's three major systems involved a renewal and revision audit, many standards and requirements in the system documents were updated and enhanced accordingly. This internal audit, comparing our three major systems to standards, identified existing issues for the project and established corrective action requirements and deadlines for completion. This will help project managers gradually increase their awareness of project system management, improve project efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
