From July 6th to 8th, 2020, Yang Fan, Chairman of the Shanghai ADT Facilities Management Co., Ltd. Labor Union, along with company department leaders and labor union members, launched a "Send Cooling" campaign for three consecutive days.
Every summer, the company's labor union conducts a regular "Send Cooling" campaign. The majority of projects in Shanghai are factory projects, particularly paint projects. Client downtime is often the busiest time for our project employees, especially in the hot summer. In the sweltering working environment, our coveralls quickly become soaked. Therefore, the company's labor union chairman organized a team of officials to visit various project sites in Shanghai, visiting and comforting the frontline employees who were working tirelessly in the heat. They personally delivered heatstroke relief gifts, ensuring the company and labor union's care reached the hearts of the employees.
"Thank you all for your hard work!" and "Take care of yourselves!"—these heartfelt reminders from the leadership brought a touch of coolness to the over 400 frontline employees during the scorching summer. They felt deeply cared for by the company and union leaders, which warmed their hearts and reignited their enthusiasm for work. In response, everyone pledged to stay committed to their posts and perform their duties with dedication.
