On the afternoon of December 23, 2019, ADT project managers and above gathered in the conference hall of the Holiday Inn Pudong, Shanghai, for a three-hour management skills training on "Developing and Shaping Professionalism."
To enhance the professional skills of project and functional department managers, cultivate their awareness of innovative and modern management, and further update their concepts and clarify their thinking in their work, enabling them to do things correctly and do the right things, this management skills training utilized portions of the "Developing and Shaping Professionalism" DVD video teaching material. Through a viewing, lecture, and discussion format, the training aimed to foster professional awareness and maximize management skills.
Corporate training is a long-term commitment for the company. Management training has been a key component of the company's 2019 corporate training program. Training is a process of developing the capabilities and potential of corporate managers to achieve current performance. Continuous training also helps shape and develop corporate culture. Professionalism is a core competitive advantage for corporate development, improving labor productivity and ensuring the quality of work meets certain standards. Through the training on "Developing and Shaping Professionalism," managers will understand the concept of professionalism: a standardized, regularized, and institutionalized work environment. The participants in this training, initially reserved, gradually became engaged, eager to learn and communicate, all demonstrating the insights they gained through the series of learning sessions. Everyone hopes that more targeted training like this will be offered to help everyone improve together and truly strengthen the company's soft power!
